My nemesis from last winter is back-- the Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. He is after the same young Live Oak. I wrapped it, but he moved to the top, you can see the holes he made in one morning. The sap just pours out. I've wrapped it some more, hopefully he will move on. Anyway my cockatiel Peaches has caught on that I run him off like the squirrels and she now warns me if he's out there. Smart bird.
