I would would appreciate it if you could look at the attached a high resolution macro photo of the spots and tell me what I am dealing with. The attached photo is of a newly sprouted leaf, (approximately 1 week ago). I removed all of the affected leaves and had no obviously affected leaves on the tree, then this leaf I noticed today had spots again.

Please help me if you can.
