Are you sure one of the "babies" was not the fuchsia one? Did the tag say "other Epi"?
I used the term "other" meaning the one that has not bloomed yet (but did in 2011 for
the first time).

I don't think you will see blooms on yours yet. They need to get root bound to bloom.
Transplanting will not help that.
My red one almost died a couple of winters ago. It was all dry and brittle. Gone!
I found a couple sections that still had signs of life and potted it up in a 10" HB along with
a couple growing cuttings I had.
Hung it outside in filtered light and--BAM!--it grew into a wonderful, large plant. I was amazed...
It really needed to be re- potted, as it had been in a tight, 5" , ceramic pot for years.
