Beginner Gardening: HELP! I have to save this philodendron ASAP!!!!, 1 by mkathryn

A lot of the leaves came off, if not all of them. I laid everything out to see what was what and took a pic. The parts of the plant with the red dots are the only ones I *think* are salvageable. The leaves have their full stems, can anything be done with them? I don't know anything about gardening, and she's freaking out so I thought I could ask here. Thank you for any advice! This is a weird situation!
