That is a very small photo, but I think you have Epiphyllum crenatum, if you haven't got an ID yet - here is picture of mine flowering in November last year to compare it with. Note the flattened scallop edged lime green stems which are characteristic of this species. Note also it has a tendency to flower on the most mature and tatty stems on the plant - usually the ones the snails have been chewing on!
