I didn't think about the squirrels moving them. That would explain how they move beds!
I still think some are reseeding themselves. Here is clump that's growing downhill from my daff beds, about 200 feet away. It doesn't look like any other daffs I have. Almost like it's a bad cross or trying to revert. Still colorful from afar, but shaggier blooms.
The buds are strange on it as well, more compact and almost look like an allium bud.
