I may not be here much but I do keep y'all in my thoughts and prayers.
AFS has been keeping me busy that's for sure and work well work is work and even with a new boss it hasn't changed much for the good in fact it maybe the other way...the only good thing is I am now 8 hrs so that means a lil bit bigger check every month.
Everyone is doing fine family wise...I think I have DH convinced to do along the lines of raised beds for the garden this year except we will do them in the ground instead of boxes.

I've been playing with my embroidery machine since my folks were here in Jan and decided to try my hand at making a real quilt more or less
I found embroidered quilt square patterns with pansies on them which my mom loves ( yes this will be for her) and decided to use those as the main part of the queen size quilt. So I have 6 patterns I have used and made 8 of each pattern so far.

Now comes my decision on what to use as as the other material to use as far as colors and maybe find some material with pansies on it.

What do y'all think????
I know there are some wonderful quilters in here and some great minds along with them ...input please!!!

I would love to have it done so I could send it to her for her birthday the beginning of April but I know unless I find someone to quilt it once I have the top put together that won't happen as I am not well versed in how to get that part done with just a sewing machine LOL
