Not a 3 way switch. It has a red button and if it pops out the breaker in the the breaker box will shut off and will have to be reset. All he did was took it out and put it back in. That switch is above the counter and the one on the wall near the floor - you know the one that you would plug a vacuume cleaner in - that high. DONT WORK !! lol but this aint funny.
