Jen, that shot looking through the crape myrtle is really nice. I liked the effect on the thumbnail, as it was out of focus and made it look more 'painterly'. I hope you don't mind that I saved it to my computer and took the liberty of tweaking it a bit. Here's what I came up with.

This first pic is with an edge-preserving smooth applied to it.
