Mums, pointsettia's and xmas/easter cactus are the only ones that come to mind at the moment. it needs to be as totally dark as possible as any interuption could through the bloom time off. Its especially difficult in the home as lights are consistantly turned on and off all night long. Also outside in a city setting can be challenging because of the street lights and neighbors turning on their outside lights. here is a pic of some plants I bought the otherday. these are chamaecyparis genus. evergreen shrubs usually set in the landscape as an accent or focal point.
