It is great for soaking up moisture and compacts easily. But I am concerned for you that you might have to much moisture because your moisture is on going. In the desert, the moisture comes and goes. So keep a good eye on it u til you are sure it will do what you need it to do. Well for two days I have done absolutely nothing. We woke this morning to a light drizzle. Temperatures are dropping and rain is a possibility for next week. I drove by the nursery today on the way to Costco. I did not stop. I have enough to do without buying more. Linda, are you done with the sticks yet? Can you burn them in the fireplace. Here we are not allowed to burn wood in the fireplaces. Pollution. JB, glad you got some rain but Boo on the winds. The attached photo is my favorite iris. Dave, here in the SW violas are a big winter flower, along with snapdragons, wave petunias, geraniums, tropical hibiscus (until it gets really cold), lobelia, inpatients (sheltered), mums, lavender, astille & cordalines. I am sure there is more, but cannot think of them. I think I know why you cannot find a DVR for sale. Tivo won a big lawsuit from Direct TV. They agreed to agree but everyone has to make their own deal. I have 5 DVR. Yes I am spoiled but if I am going to watch TV. I do not want to watch commercials. I will do a little more researching but I remember reading that in the Wall street Journal a few months back. Later friends. |
