It looks like it needs to be re-potted but I don't remember if Brugs like to be root bound? If it should be re potted should I wait until just before I bring it in for the winter?

Another consideration is the soil medium does not drain quickly. Would this be another reason to re-pot now vs. later?

Would amending something like a basic miracle grow potting soil be better than straight potting soil?
