Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: Lots of very tiny insects in my house, help me out!, 1 by lamerto

Of all the pictures I took, only 2 came out ok, one was good for size reference and the other for detail. Could they be book lice? Please help me identify them, since I want to know it they are harmless or do they pose a problem for my me, my furniture or my dog!
