I found this bug/beetle on the top of the blossom of my Pink Double Delight Coneflower. He had himself securely attached on to the top of it too I had to really pull him off of it.
If you can see in the picture he is rather iridescent copper in color.
What is it and hopefully he's not something detrimental to my plant. I found something rolled up into the leaves of a plant rather close to that one my Jacobs Ladder/Touch of Class plant a couple of weeks ago.
It was rolled up into a bunch of leaves I never did dissect what was in there just put it in my fire pit and had a fire later that day.
