I had a quick chance to walk some of the yard last night before I got dragged away to a friends house for dinner, and I was amazed at how much color there is all of the sudden. I am just itching to get out there this morning and start putting order to some of the chaos that is my yard this year, but wanted to have at least a cup of coffee first, so I will share a couple of things that caught my eye last night.

This is one of my very favorite roses "Playboy". It's colors are fabulous, and while so many of my roses are almost leafless right now due to blackspot, look at the foilage on this baby!
