Beginner Gardening: Diseased, shrub,tree need help to ID prob, 1 by laurelgardens

Just bought a Sand Cherry(plumb) tree. Has powdery leaves and more disturbingly, these orange spots which rot and then fall out leaving holes in the leaves. Had an established tree planted behind it which(I don't know what kind of tree it is) which has a similar problem with the orange spots, however those leaves just shrivel and die. Now this established tree seems to have this problem every year, starts out fine but finishes out the summer with this yellow spot problem. Can anyone help with this problem and possibly Identify the established tree with the green berries?
