Here's the mound. The area's been all cleaned up in this area, and now I begin the work of leveling out the base, where the bottom level will be. The dirt that I take out of there will go around the septic tank where the soil has been gradually sinking, and where I have a rock garden. I've had DL's around that tank for a number years now, but I've removed them and have made it for rock garden plants exclusively.
