Those of us that can plant in the ground only to have them die down in winter then start looking for ways to protect them so they'll bloom early. This year I started out with a pvc frame, frost cloth and plastic. The plastic was wrenched away by the first fierce wind. I ended up with this cocoon after adding 2 strands of C-7 Christmas lights. The Brug inside is still green all the way up to its "Y"s. Now that's addicted!
