Beginner Gardening: Should my oxalis be flowering?, 1 by courtarfaust

I have a green shamrock and a purple one. I've had my green one for years and it flowers vigorously every other month or so. My purple one, I bought last August at a farmer's market and at that time, it had flowers. After having it for about a month I repotted him in a more decorative pot and it unfortunately stressed the plant pretty badly but it eventually recovered, kinda. As you can see from the picture, it's not bushy anymore but rather, it lays down. Even all the new growth eventually lays down. Is that a sign of something wrong? And my biggest question, why hasn't it flowered again?

Does it have a specific flowering season unlike my green one or should I be worried about this plant?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
