Well, my husband and I were worried about our remaining dog's depression-guess we've had some too-so we decided to find a new family member right away. We're still grieving for our Chipper, but he's in a good place now and not suffering. We found this little girl while doing a search of shelters within driving distance. We were able to bring her home immediately because the shelters are so full and we've named her Maggie. Our vet will help with an ID, but we think she's a mixture of maltese poodle and something else. What a sweet little girl she is already-such manners like no other dog I've ever brought home!
