jhowdy, I love the osprey in flight shot. Well caught (both of you).

For 4 years this little Grey Butcherbird has coped extremely well with a leg that has been displaced backwards. It is able to rear babies and can certainly catch its own food, but it comes to us for supplementary feeds. When this first happened to the leg, we had our doubts about its ability to survive, not being able to preen,etc. It comes an sits on our laps for a feed.
