This has been a hard winter not only for us, but our feathered friends must have felt the impact of Ole' man winter. We rarely see snow here in our birding range, but as of this morning, snow has been steadily pouring down. Even my birds in the back yard didn't know what to make of this fluffy white stuffs....they must have thought "this stuffs must have came from up NORTH!!!".

The Tufted Titmouse (from first post) didn't know what to make of it. But it knew to start feeding before the human forgets to put out birdseeds or suet again.

Here is a new additon onto my list. A Yellow Crowned Warbler (as has been positively ID'ed by Resin -- thanks Resin).

Also a heartfelt hug sent to Duc our dear friend whose beloved pet Chip died yesterday. I'm thinking of you and family Duc.
