I bought one in a nursery about 15 years ago, and it was the short ones, with the blooms concentrated near the base of the plant. I got rid of that one in a hurry. I either got this one from a friend's yard, or I dug it up from the side of a road - they do send out suckers, and I saw a clump that had spread under the fence and onto the side of the road.
