I have a recipe for a Jam cake that I got from my mom who got it from her sister in law. I have made this recipe every year at Christmas now for 30 years. We really enjoy it. I know it is a southern recipe. Anybody know anymore about it? The origins or have any ever even heard of it? I make this instead of fruitcakes.
