Hello all. just admiring all your Schlums. I can't call mine Christmas Cactus because being down here upside down so to speak, mine all bloom in April through to July ( our winter ). I have around 45 different ones . I have lots of the Hatiora (rhipsalidopsis ) which are blooming now. .
I have lots ( about 500 ) of epiphyllums which have just finished flowering.
I find that being a lot cooler here, all my white schlums are usually pale pink and even the yellows have pink tinges. Still lovely though. Have to get used to calling them schlumbergera as they tend to be all called zygos here. This is a good name for the time of year "Sleigh Bells"
