Willowwasp, cuttings are the only way to get the same brug, except for the few that self pollinate. Seeds never come exactly true in the rest. It usually takes a long season from seed to flower if you start it early enough. Lots of us get caught just weeks away from flower when the frost first hit this year!! Or if you are brug momma Tracey it takes a few months!!
