Beginner Gardening: Please help save my FIDDLELEAF FIG tree... What does it have?, 1 by PatchesNBrownie

There are these brown DRY spots forming, sometimes around the edge and sometimes in little circles and sometimes in zig-zag lines along veins of the leaves. There are no signs of rust on the bottom side of the leaves and no aphids or any other visible bugs. I don't think it's leafminers either because the zig-zag lines do not get bigger as they go??

PLEASE HELP! I think it's spreading throughout the tree and I don't know what to do!!!
