ROSES_R_RED wrote: Jen, your BES looks like my Blushing Susie Vine. Did you grow it from seed? I think that it is my favorite vine because there are so many blooms, they stay open all day and last for many days and the leaves are not huge. Gita, you sure have a way with brugs. Mine are just making a few blooms now. Lady, your bats don't seem to bother you a bit. I am originally a city suburb person, so it takes me a while to get used to all the critters. My first experience with bats here was last year when I started opening the umbrellas on the deck so that my sleep over guests could enjoy breakfast outside. When I did, these things dropped to the floor and looked up at me with their little red mouths grimacing and showing white teeth. I think that I woke up the whole quiet neighborhood. There were so many of them!! Today I have Joseph's coat mingling with Jasmine Sambac. |
