Beginner Gardening: Help with tomatoes, 1 by Angelz79

These particular plants are "wilting with some brown leaves". I'm hoping someone could help me save them. Can anyone shed any light on why these plants are so unhappy? There is a possibility they have been over Miracle Gro-ed, but no one's admitting to that one!
