Until the first male flowers bloom, the female blooms and little squashes will drop off. Later on when they both flower together, you will start setting squash. More than you can consume as is usually the case. This is the case with all winter or summer squash I believe. My spaghetti and Peter Pan squash went thru the same thing. Both are setting squash now. Be patient... lol
