The seed pods are very spiny. I don't do anything to my pods other than just watch them ripen. When they ripen to the point of turning brown and start to crack I pick the pod and let it dry. I also do this with my 'Black Currant Swirl' Datura and have great luck with the viability of the seeds. Here is a pic of my Datura Wrightii. |
