This trumpetvine (Madame Gallen) is having a problem with some sort of black spot and is losing all of its flowers. I have 3 other TV's that are not affected like this at all. Of course this one is closest to the house and the one I use to photo my hummies. Is there anything I can use to treat it that will be safe for the birds? Thats my main concern and also why I posted it in this forum.
