Buying plumeria from Ebay in general is risky, and you will get ripped off from just as many people here in the US as in Asia....you just have to know who to buy from and know when importing plants you have to expect some loss....10-14 days is a long time for a plant to stay in a box and be thrown around.
As an example of how drastic a flowers color can change this is Penang Peach below 105.
