The flowering low mounds are creeping phlox. The silvery plant on right is artemesia 'Silver Mound'. The green low mounding plant is golden thyme. Just out of the pic to the right is a PJM rhodo and a 'Blushing Bride' hydrangea. You are correct about the columbine and fernleaf bleeding heart. The second picture is various hosta, brunnera 'Jack Frost' and another fernleaf bleeding heart. The golden green way in the back is hakonechloa.
