In my opinion, the hoyas marked "C" are marked thus because they "can" tolerate the cooler temperatures, its not that they have to. Other hoyas, designated "W", cannot tolerate cooler temperatures for very long at all. You'd therefore have luck with pretty much any hoya out there.

I'm in Canada and I have a lot of "W" hoyas, I just have to be really careful with them ... and not get too heartbroken if they succumb to what nature intended.
