The creek is finally flowing again, after two dry months. When the water went, so did most of the smaller birds, so I'm very happy they're showing up again.

The Band-tail Pigeon numbers have gone from about 23 yesterday to about 50 this morning. This one is probably a first year bird, because the crescent on the neck is barely showing..........and it landed and stayed quite close. These are generally skittery birds, and don't stop by when I'm outside.
