This plant will produce much more interesting leaves in a brighter area and if allowed to climb it will prouduce a more monstera type leaf. Your plant is known as Epipremnum pinnatum blue Cebu blue. On a mature plant the leaves can get 2 to almost 3 feet long and has either holes or divisions in the leaves. In a low light low humid place the plant will streach and crawl for a better area to climb. This is what it looks like your plant is trying to do.
