You might want to try passiflora caerulea(the Blue Passion Flower). If it keeps it's leaves all winter--which mine did--the spring bloom is beautiful! It can take some cold and keep leaves. We had several nights in the mid 20's, a few frosts, and lots of nights below freezing.
