Neem oil and pyrethrins worked on the ones in the garden where I don't use strong chemicals. Be sure to spray under the leaves and the growth points of all the branches. Some I gave up on and cut the leaves off, cut the tops out of and sprayed. They did recover and bloomed in the fall. Here is a picture. |
