wallaby1 wrote: No clue on deflorum either Lefty, but it says they are easy! So glad you sent them to me pard! The 9 bud purple tipped one is from the same lot, sown on 27th March 07. It is quite amazing they should do this well! having kept them in the greenhoue has obviously helped, if I had kept them outside last year they would have starved with cold. The repot would also have boosted them, no additional food either! I have a pot with your trumpets in the greenhosue too, the yellow with pink edge ones. There's two very big pods on two of the stems, they are much taller and further on than those outside, I have two pots outside and both have a couple of buds. When I reptted some had to go outside as space was getting very short. I have an area ready to put them in the ground to grow on, it won't get a lot of sun but gets morning sun for a few hours and a little later on. I hope they do as well there but might not! Could leave them in pots but leaving them outside I may as well put them in the ground. Graceful is correct bonitin, that specie-type look! Aka Asiatic drivel, lol. The second bud of the greenish one has opened, the spots have a centre, so they are oval shaped rings! |
