I feed them Finch food like you did and they go to those feeders constantly so I just assume they are from Florida!! Here is a thru the window shot of what I see all day long...don't they look fat?!! They are no longer shy and don't let the others push them around!

Regarding the brush piles: We originally started "saving" them hoping to lure some Bob-white Quail...still no Quail but the other birds have really used them lots! That's good news Resin...we have lots of thorny brush in those piles!! I've never walked by any of them without see birds coming and going in and from them!
