Texas Gardening: What's wrong with my Iceberg Patio Rose Tree?, 1 by imacajun

It's got about 30 or more buds and open blooms on it but they are all brown on the edges of the petals. Even the buds are turning brownish before they open. The foilage is full and green and shows no sign of damage. What could the problem be? Should I cut all the flowers off; should I spray it with anything?
