Yeah, it could be the Hop, or someone is burning something whacky..lol.... though I can't smell it unless I get my nose into the plant. The Hop plant is a host to a few different butterfly larvae. Hopefully this year the Tiger STs will use it here. Giant STs use it too, but I have lots of things for them besides the Hops. Maybe I will get a longshot, the Two-tailed Tiger ST uses it too.


Yes TJ the Hop is the same plant that beer is made from. .. Your blooms are awesome brutha!! The NOID Coreopsis is a Coreopsis grandiflora ... Tetra Giant.. Exactly like the ones I have and love so much. When did you plant them and were they from seed or already growing?.. Reason I asked is bc I learned that it is best to split them up in the fall and share or space them out about 12-18" apart. I separated some out in early spring, and they did okay too, but I should have split them up more and fall would be the better time in hindsight.
