Bulb growers, I accidentally dug up a bulb yesterday. I thought it was a bald spot in the bed but actually the bulb was done. Once I accidentally dug it up, I saw that it had some yellow leaves, but the foliage was done. The roots still looked white and healthy. I only half dug it up, so I left it where it was and then I went ahead and planted the pepper plant right next to it. How bad is that? I was thinking that the peppers get thin and ugly in the winter when the bulb will be coming up and then when it gets hot and the bulb dies back, the pepper will take off. Sound OK?

Did any of you get free cucumber seeds (or was it zucchini?) when you ordered seeds from Parks? I threw some in a pot and today I have a bloom!
