In contrast to the weather report the sun has been shining most of the day - although my thermometer reads 10C official is about 2C. Anyways the snow melt has started thank goodness - since we are predicted to get into double digits the next few days I guess all th snow will be gone and perhaps gardening can commence! This was the year I was really hoping for an early spring because I intend to enter the CHS garden competition which takes place mid July. Ah well we are all in the same boat!
This little Corydalis was poking up before the snow - hope it has not suffered , it another one of the lovely early spring blooms and then it disappears.
