s.a.d. is a kind of depression people come down with from lack of sunshine.....so make sure that when the the sun does come out you drop everything and get out there for 10/15 minutes every day.We too have had a fierce storm last night and the usual flooding and damage.I can relate to lots of things laying flat....it's a pain but at least the bushfires are out now........so for everyone who needs the rain .....hope you get it....and those who need a little sun .....hope you get that too.........may you get as much of those things as you need ,good on you beckie!
