Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Finally, two buds in DC, 1 by JPlunket

Hoping for a stretch of decent warmth, though last night we dipped into the high 40s, alas.

Also hoping some of you brug experts might give me an estimate of how long these buds would normally take to flower --and whether you think these will ever get there. Is there a temperature threshhold below which growth and flowering absolutely stops?
