The flower bed was built around a big old oak tree that I love. The left side gets semi-shade so I tend to put my darker colored daylilies/flowers there and have been trying to think what else to put for perennials.
The tree has always been a landmark to me, forground for the lightening shows, and the sunrise in the morning, strong, sturdy, and it's home.
