The one thing I would wish for more sun for it so that I could plant more daylilies. Our yard used to be entirely weeds, that we inherited from the former owners. We lived with it as is for years, and every July I would find one or two red daylilies poking up thru the mountain of weeds and brush. When I finally took an interest in gardening, I sort of felt I owed it to those "survivor" daylilies to keep em around, lol. They are nameless and probably undesirable, put I think they are cheery as they are really put out a lot of blooms. I know I should replace them with something nicer, but I guess at this point they have sentimental value. Here are my no name daylilies |
