Beginner Gardening: Sick Morning Glories or wind damage?, 1 by Fran0000

I am new here and have some questions I hope you can answer.

Two years ago I had to move and now live where there there is a balcony only. This year I accidently planted Morning Glories into a pot with a small Spruce tree. (soil got mixed with seeds) Last night we had high winds (I live on the second floor) and this morning one of the Morning Glories in this pot had browned leaves and spots on others. Is there anything I can do to safely treat these? I have a cat that goes out there and will not use chemicals on anything. There is another pot of Morning Glories doing just fine. What do you think the problem is? I hope the picture is clear enough for you all to see.
